At Passage Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
